Twitter account hacked by a virus 10pts best answer?

Alright, so about 7 weeks ago, my computer caught a trojan horse, it got ahold of all of my emails, twitters facebooks etc. Last night, my email sent out a weightloss link around 5:45 AM, the same thing happened on my twitter, it tweeted that link. I cant remember the email, and the problem is, its a promo account for my favourite band, with 234 followers that can click that link and get the virus. There are 4 of us running this twitter and none of us can get on it because the virus changed the password. I havent been on the twitter SINCE I got the virus, I got rid of it about 2 weeks ago by getting a new computer and tonight, I decided to go on the twitter but it didnt work, so I looked at our profile and saw the tweet. Is their ANY way I can get on this account if i dont know the email and the account is hacked?

All of us admins are considering making a new one and getting our followers to follow the new one, but we all know that atleast half of the followers might not see our new account before we delete the current hacked one.

If any chatting account will be hacked then immediately deleted that account and create new one.Because,generally this type of accounts are too dangerous if they have virus or hacked.They will create lot of problems.With good antivirus u can save your accounts.
