You posted this in the Facebook feed... anyways, just follow people you find would post things you are interested in. As for posting, don't be one of those people who post everything happening in their days. Nobody likes that. Just post things that other people would be interested in and try to come up with clever tweets. Check to see whats trending so you can tweet about that. Good luck!
