Should I have separate facebook button if I already have a like button? What about twitter button if I have a?

I'm building a business website and will be istalling like button and tweet button to help spread the word. Do I need to have separate Twitter and FB icons if I'm going to have Like and Tweet icons?

Yes more icons the better. Also put a Google+ button, its starting to become popular too. Use all the things that you can to make your business popular i.e. Social Media Websites. Make an account for everyone of them then constantly update them. It can only help you in the long run. Make sure your posts are interesting too, and put at "follow me @______" at the end of every post to gain more followers or fans or whatever. Good luck to your business.
