The Department of Education order the blocks - implementing US government policy. Any school found to be failing to impose these blocks face having all their classroom computers removed by the Department.
Aside from that - bypassing official blocks - whether at school or in the workplace constitutes Tampering - a criminal misdemeanor.
Your Principal would be legally entitled to have you arrested but would most likely simply expel you - a worker doing the same thing would be fired from his job for Gross Misconduct
