Do you think its possible I got hacked?

I just made a twitter account. It has the exact same username and pw as my email. Not to long later I think on my twitter page or email page (prob was twitter) there was a pop up that said i got logged out of yahoo messenger because i just got logged onto it on another computer. I haven't used yahoo messenger for like years.

Not hacked...you were probably on the Yahoo Messenger and never signed out...then when you hit the chat key on yahoo e-mail it logged you out of the Messenger that you never signed out of....because you logged into another chat source...you can't be on e-mail yahoo chat and be signed in to the messenger at the same time...and that's the reason you got that pop up.
