How do you post things on other people's Twitters?

I have Tom Felton's Twitter and I want him to reply to one of mine like other people but I don't know how to post it on his Twitter? I reply to one of his and ask him to reply to that. How do you post on other people's Twitters to get them to reply or is there another way?

Are you using @TomFelton ? If so, then you are doing it right. He'll respond if he wants to.

To reply to someones tweet or send a tweet to someone you use @username (whatever the username is) Im not really sure if you can send a private tweet to someone...i have tom felton on twitter too check out his other twitter feed "feltbeats" hope that helps
