How do you delete a follower on Twitter?

I already blocked them, but they're still showing up as a follower. :|
Is it just glitching, and they'll disappear eventually?

go to there profile, where it says following, click it, it should unfollow them. even if its glitching you've unfollowed them. c:

It sometimes takes a while for Twitter to catch up on the blocking and unfollowing.

Also be sure to clear your browser cookies and cache, you may be seeing an old cache of your Twitter page that had them captured as a follower.
