Is the Social Exposure System effective for adding unlimited followers and views?

1.Share your videos on social networking sites like facebook, twitter etc
2.Use content targeted words and find appropriate tags.
3.Build up a email list and tell them all bout your new video.
4.Place it on your blog/website or tell your friends to put it on theirs.
