How can you see people's twit pics on twitter?

I get how u can have ur OWN twitpic account and post your OWN pictures but i dont understand how you can look at other people's twit pics? all i can see is their main display pic on their profile. help?

i don't know how to do it properly but what i do is ... in their updates find a link where they have posted a picture and then when that comes up look at the right and they should be there :-) hope this helps, it works for me x
