Someone's been looking through my tweets, how do i know who?

So a certain person has been reading my private tweets on twitter and i've pretty much not let people i dont know follow me. But he still can read my tweets and use it constantly to irritate me and tell me off. Can i know how to stop this? Because, its really really private and I do not want him to read them. He keeps thinking that its about him... help?
