How do you report someone on Twitter?

There is this guy with some werid posts and my friend and I wanna report him. How can we do this?

If someone is spamming you, you can report them to @spam by following @spam and sending a DM to them with the username.

If the user is making threats, you should look into filing a police report.

However, if you just disagree with the user, there's nothing you can do, other than block their updates
