What does this mean? (Twitter)?
Okay so my account got suspended on twitter and I contacted twitter support.
I've just received this message yesterday (after 2 weeks of waiting) but I don't really get it.
It says:
Hi there!
" You've got an open support ticket and it's been awhile since we've heard from you. Hopefully this means your issue has been resolved; we're closing this ticket in hopes that it's true. If it's not, please respond to this email to reopen the ticket and confirm that the issue is not yet resolved. "

What does it mean?

Since you haven't complained in more than two weeks, they want to close out your complaint because there hasn't been any more correspondence from you about it. If the issue isn't "fixed" you need to respond to that email and tell them! NOW! Otherwise, you'll have to start all over again with another complaint. So, email em back and let em know what's up.
