Cloud based small business management and financing solutions?

Hi,

We are looking for a way to schedule our services and also increase visibility of workload across our 4 centres/workshops.

Our company currently has 3 car valeting centres and one workshop for refurbishing allow wheels. The cars are taken to one of the valeting centres and the wheels are removed and transported to the workshop for repair, as there is no capacity to park cars directly at the workshop.

The ideal scenario i am looking for would be to send a service request from one of the valeting centres, ideally with an image of the wheel(s) in question and any notes from a mobile device (iPhone). This is then picked up and queued at the wheel workshop and the status can be updated (received, work started, work completed, returning etc.) so rough time estimates can be given to the customer as to when the work will be completed. Once the wheel(s) have been returned and reattached the service is then marked as completed, informing the customer via email that they can now pick up their car (a bonus! .

We are also looking to see if this could be connected to an accounting/invoicing platform so invoices can be generation automatically once the work is completed.

I have been looking at solutions using Google Apps but havent found anything yet that suites our needs!
