If you follow someone on twitter can they see your tweets?

When you follow someone on twitter and you post a tweet, will your tweet show up in their timeline even if they didnt follow you?

A big NO for your question. Only your followers will able to see your tweets. But, if you want to mention your non-followers they may see your tweets unless their tweets are being protected or they're profile is in private setting.
