There are a lot of them. What about McDonalds? Seven Eleven? Dunkin Donuts? I am not sure about Starbucks being a franchise, but I know the reported great quarter earnings. They are what we consider solid franchises. Good luck in your search.

Hooters, and mid line restaurants they are all down now with gas being up. Good time to buy people are folding up and all expenses have been paid just move in and open the door except for liquor license and food vendors and staff!

Hey Chris. There are plenty that are solid in this economy.. And you don't need to put up a huge investment, as you would for the fast serve restaurants mentioned here. Your best choice really depends on you. Let me know if you want some options.
