How do I have someone follow me on twitter, but not see my tweets?
I have my sister currently following me on twitter, I don't want her to see my tweets, but it'd be awkward if she knew I blocked her, can I just hide them from her..?

I'm afraid for the moment only thing you can do is block her.
There are lists on twitter which allow you to add people to certain lists but that only helps you to sort out the tweets you follow
