You have to have the boys personal numbers which are very hard to get a hold of. Usually interviewers can get the numbers easily!

Those are twitter DM's (direct messages) if you have a twitter and tweet the boys asking them to follow you and they do, you can chat with them like that! But they HAVE to be following you.
