I really want to add followers to my twitter just like on tumblr . Its really easy getting followers on tumblr using tumblrplug. Is there a twitter based website like tumblrplug for twitter ?

This is the first time I hear about tumblrplug and I need to check it out first but I'm pretty sure its a social media exchange website, specially made for tumblr.
