What's the best Twitter client app for Iphone?

So, I need a good Twitter client app. I'm considering following a lot of people so they will all follow me back, but I still want to be able to see my friends tweets. So, pretty much, I was wondering if there are any Twitter client apps where you can choose whos tweets you can and can't see. Because I'm only interested in seeing my friends tweets.
