I do think so. The jobber is important in giving the credit to the big dog. We used to refer to some jobbers as get overs when I worked for a company here in KY. They were never going to be stars but they made everyone who wrestled them look good.

Yes, of course. Jobbers played very important role in selling the dominant wrestlers moves. They had to sell very well, to make those dominant wrestlers look stronger. In my opinion, jobbers should just get in the ring and get their @ss kicked without any response. Funaki is very good in playing this role, very few able to sell moves without retaliation like he does. Funaki is my favorite jobber of all time.
