Please someone answer my question?

Ok, so last Friday I'm a cheerleader and we had an away game. At the game I met this really cute guy. (The game wasn't that far away, so it's not like we live super far from each other) he told me to follow him on twitter so I did and then he followed me back and then the next morning on twitter he started messaging me, and then he told me he needed my number to send me a pic of something from the game. So then we were texting about the game for a little bit and then he stopped replying. But then a few hours later and replied and said "so yeah, you're really cute " then we texted all day and it was around midnight and so I fell asleep. I read the message at like 4am and decided I'd text him back the next day and tell him but then I ended up not doing it. So all week I kept telling myself I was going to text him but never ended up doing so.

Sorry that was kind of long. But I guess my real question is should I just go ahead and text him first tomorrow?( I feel like I should cause he's probably waiting for me to make a move since he already has.) and do you think there's any chance he could like me?

Yes ofcrs if he didn't like u he wouldn't have used the picture excuse to get your number. He probably hasn't texted you back cuz u didn't reply to him so he must of thought ur not intrested, don't let him take that idea so text him immideatly if u want to be his gf & try ur best to flirt best wishes :*
