How can I get copyright permission to display German song lyrics on my website?

Since song lyrics are copyrighted by the authors, you need permission/a license to display them on your website or you can be sued. What agencies on Germany handle this? Google has not been helpful..

According to the linked article (thanks to @ebs), you would have the burden of proving that the performance rights are NOT managed by GEMA, if you were to proceed without a license from them and they were to demand royalties.
