Nothing is displaying on screen?
When I turn the computer on nothing displays on screen. I have ruled out it being a faulty monitor and cables through the usual fault finding procedure. I took the heatsink off my integrated graphics and it looked like this https://twitter.com/Rastapapaaa/status/2...89/photo/1 (that isnt a shadow around the actual chip, it is a black mark, possibly burnt). Is it normal that the glue is sticky and It looks like that? Im a bit of a noob with computer problems and what is normal and what is not

it looks like you fried the chip, to get a full diagnostic you can bring it to a place like geek squad they can tell you exactly what happened to it and how to avoid it in the future
