what does this say in japanese?
Here's the breakdown to help you guys, to help me. lol
I'm talking to this attractive japanese girl that lives in japan, and I said to her in japanese, "You are the most beautiful girl i've ever saw"

and here's how she relied back to me:
NO! utukusi kunai desuyo :-( nihongo kekkousitterun desune! Twitter follow takusansarete masune!Smile

sorry if its not exactly a perfect sentence from her, but I assume she likes to use japanese slangs alot.

NO! Stop lying to me. I'm an ugly girl. You're the handsome one. Smile

With a few modifications of what you wrote:

"NO! utsukushikunai desu yo"
いいえ、美しくないですよ。
--> No, I'm not really pretty.

"Nihongo kekkou shitterun desu ne!"
日本語けっこう知ってるんですね
--> You know quite a bit of Japanese!

"Twitter follow takusan sarete imasu ne" -
Twitter follow たくさんされていますね。
-> (Looks like) a lot (of people) follow you on twitter. (implied)

There are no slangs.

NO! utukusi kunai desuyo
(No, I'm not so beautiful.)

:-( nihongo kekkousitterun desune!
(You seem to be able to read Japanese well.)

Twitter follow takusansarete masune!Smile
(Your Twitter has many follower's comments.)
