You can't. She only follows and tweets celebs and her best friedn.
She thinks of fans as equal but thin of how many people would be tweeting her a day. She can't reply to them all and she doenst like singling peple out..

She kind of takes the view that it's better to now follow and tweet any fans than follow and tweet only some of them.

For example, Justin Bieber follows and tweets fans, and many who tweet him a lot feel that it's unfair how sometimes he tweets the same person more than once but never them. Taylor thinks that it's fairer if she doesn't "pick favourites" by following and tweeting them.

I would LOVE her to follow me - I mean, can you imagine being able to DM Taylor Swift?! - but it won't happen because she doesn't like to pick favourites and be unfair to other fans who might not get mentioned as much
