Twitter blocking question?

So a relative started following me on twitter and kept calling me about tweets...either way I wanted them to not see my tweets. So I did everything possible...I blocked them, made my tweets private and changed my username. Do you know if they can still see my tweets on their timeline?? Please let me know! Thanks!
