Should I follow her on twitter?

So I met this girl in gym class, we had a few conversations about nothing (mainly because I'm very shy). I'm to say the least, very fond of her. She doesn't know this because I think she's straight and it's not worth mentioning. Anyway, she switched out of my gym class because I haven't seen her (only in the hallways).

I'm pretty sure she thinks of me as loner (most do) and I don't want to creep her out..I found her on twitter and was wondering if it would be weird to follow her? We're not close but like I said previously I kind of like her.. Should I follow her or just continue to stalk her social media pages.. She's also a senior, I'm a junior. So she probably thinks I'm a kid.

In short: should I follow this girl on twitter I barely know? And should I say anything to her if I do follow her? I don't follow anyone else from my school either. She'd be the only one.

How should I handle this? Please help.. I'm desperate and dumb
