What is the best touchscreen cell phone at the end of 2012?

My biggest concern is stability. I currently have the original DROID X from Motorola. It crashes constantly. Some of my other concerns include call quality, camera quality (including zoom), email, battery life, and it must have swype as an option for texting. I'm not that concerned about which app market I go with. Obviously easy social media use is a bonus as well. Size and shape isn't that big of an issue for me either.

Tbh there isn't really any good touch screen phones ever.They all overheat way to fast,the apps are dumb,screen cracks to easily and there is to many bugs/glitches especially with the iphone(please note I haven't used a 4s yet)

But that ends my rant the best under all those you listed would be a be a samsung galaxy s 3,1080p camera,battery is decent at around 10 hours in use,call quality really is based on your provider,email I thought was the same on every phone and the text feature is there SO GET IT
