How do you send a private letter a celebrity with only a twitter?
okay so i wrote this funny fan-esque (but not starstruck) letter for a celebrity but I have no idea how to send it to him. He's too small time to have all of those agents (big big enough for thousands of fan girls in multiple countries - youtube). He doesn't have a facebook. All he has is a twitter but he doesn't follow me so it won't be private. Help?

You can't. He would have to follow you
If he has a fan mail address you can write to him through that
