How do you get an animated yahoo profile?

I know the steps but for some reason it's not working. Now when I upload the gifs to twitter it does not move on twitter anymore. It just stays still now but it used to work. Anyone else having this problem or know what I could do?

Don't know about the twitter end of it, but even if it works on twitter, it will likely not work here anymore. That was a loophole that staff worked to plug because they didn't want animated avatars on here.
