Making friends in Austin TX around my age?

I just recently moved to the big ATX and you would think it would be a little easier making friends but I'm struggling lol.
I'm 18 so I cant legally drink like most around here. So it'd be nice to have friends around my age but not any younger.
Any good ideas on how to find people like me interested in making friends too?

I also have Twitter and Tumblr and all that good stuff. Is there any way to find people in the area through those sites?

Try going out! Hit up a club, go to a mixer, go to social events. You WILL make friends and people will like you . Also follow me on Tumblr
