Twitter creep, help!?

I was on twitter and noticed an account with my exact photo from my facebook profile, checked their followers&who they were following but knew no one. It has got me quite worried as I am not sure how they have gotten access to my private facebook account to see my photo's I confronted them but they have blocked me, unsure what I can do? Send twitter a message get the account deleted
Tell someone thus is dangerous
Make sure all u setting are on private

Report them to twitter... and then make sure that twitter has taken care of it!

Maybe it's somebody you know that wants to mess around...Like, maybe they don't like you and are bored so they are messing with you for laughs. You can report them to Twitter as a fake profile.
