I'm actually a sophomore in high school and I still don't have a twitter. But I want one and I dont know how to make one or what to follow. What the heck do you even tweet about? Hash tags? Ahhh! I do have a Facebook though. No instagram.
This is embarrassing I know haha but I would really appriciate your help! Thanks!

Just tweet about your interests and follow your idols. Smile
That's what I did.

Why do you want "a Twitter" if you don't know what it is?

Just tweet what's on your mind. Say the badgers are getting the butts whoop by the buckeyes, just tweet: getting whooped by osu. Ouch. #badgerslosing.

Twitter is like a chat room. "Tweets" are your comments. you can make comments about anything that comes to mind. Or you can reply directly to another person.

People you follow are people who have common interests with you.

Use the search feature to search for things you like to find people discussing things you like. Example: let's say you like college football. Do a search on your favorite team. It'll show you who is discussing it. If you see somebody you think you will like then you "follow" them. This means any comments they make will appear on your "tweet deck". Then you can reply to anything they say.

You start by: You go to twitter.com and click the register link and then create you a userid and password. Whatever userid you come up with will be what everyone sees. Then you find people to "follow".

That's all there is to it.

It's not the same as Facebook in as far as format goes.
