Does anyone else think twitter is pointless?

I dont use it, but following for example a newschannel would be mildly intelligent if you ask me

It's pretty useful if you have a business or just want to have an easier way to contact others I don't use it a lot I joined in 08 and only have 215 Tweets I wouldn't say it's the greatest thing but nor would I say it's useless.

I certainly do. I think what Betty White said was funny and absolutely true. She said that she thought that Twitter was a complete waste of time. I totally agree.

its a joke. i really dont care what some loser is doing every minute of their life or that someone just took a dump and now they feel better. i guess some people just need to have the attention to give their miserable life some meaning

twitter is so stupid, i mean i guess it has the potential to be very informative if people talked about news instead of what they did that day. twitter could be used kinda of like the news is, except you could be informed with updates far sooner...if only

No Twitter is not pointless and plenty of people that are 'mildly intelligent' use it, I have used Twitter for a year. I also think that you should try a website out before you say anything bad about it. You can find lots of useful information on Twitter, it is both fun and useful.
