Can the person you follow see your tweets on twitter?

For example I'm following Khloe Kardashian and I wanted to know if she could ee my tweet if I replied to hers. Sorry I know its a stupid question but I'm new to twitter.

Yes, if you reply to a persons tweet it will appear in their twitter stream whether you follow them or not. The person you follow will not automatically see your tweets in their twitter account stream, but if you opt to make your tweets public anyone can search for or see your tweets if they visit your profile.
