Big account on Twitter...?

How do I become one of those accounts where a ton of big accounts give me shoutouts such as, "#RETWEET if you're following *my username* so I can follow you back " and help me get followers? Like, those fake One Direction accounts and Demi Lovato accounts, I want to figure out how they'll give me shoutouts.

You probably have to contribute towards those said "big accounts". Idk, comment on their twitter with cool things that catch their attention.

Personally I dont see why you are wasting time away on twitter trying to get people to follow you. If people really want to follow what you do everyday, they will add you by themselves. Facebook works too

A lot of people hit up #TeamFollowBack to gain followers and possibly reputation. Just tweet funny and interesting things often and perhaps people will like your account. Hashtags are a good way to connect as well.
