Go to a concert, meet them through a signing event or something, then do something special. Get them a gift that you made, but that is really creative (a good canva drawing of them, if you're good at art for example). It's not necessarily to be the gift which is creative, but rather what you do when you get a chance to face them. Don't show them that you're a raging, obsessed fan, that might creep them out... but rather as a cool person who they met, even for a little while.

I personally got attention from my favourite singer, Christina Grimmie that way. I never met her, but she replied to me many times because I kept drawing her cool digital drawings and so on. :')
