How do you get a moving AVI on Twitter?

I already have the gif. I got it from Twitter. I have two actually. One of them I already resized it to like 64x64 but when I set it as my AVI it's still, and doesn't move at all. Please help?
Please don't say they stopped allowing it. Because this girl still has it, and changes it every week to a new moving AVI. so Its Possible.

Make a Twitter (or if you have one, simply log on to it)

Choose a relatively small gif (Don't choose large pictures)

Upload it as your pic on Twitter

Go on Yahoo Pulse

Connect with twitter ( To connect it with Twitter go to this site..

After that go to where your pics are, and the gif should be there. (http://pulse.yahoo.com/y )
Then Click on the Big Avatar it should be there..

Some of the .Gif might not work so try different one..
Or
It's a bug of Twitter keep trying then at one point it will appear the link it with Yahoo..

The reason why there are people with .gif images as their profile pic is because they uploaded it before 09/18/2012.

Edit: She uploaded the .gif image from her device if she does it weekly.
