How do you make your twitter side bar transparent?

NOTHING works for me, i tried the justin thing and it doesn't work?? help please??

This sounds more like the action of a browser theme, rather than anything done to the Twitter bar itself. You don't say which browser you're currently using, but it might be an idea to look into changing to something like Firefox or Chrome, both of which support transaprency in their themes.
