My school made me delete my twitter account (repost)?
(this is not a joke) Recently my school forced me to log onto my email so as they could read my emails because they thought I had created a parody twitter account of another student (with no evidence, I didn't make it) Is this legal? To further this, I had retweeted (on twitter) a picture that seemed comical at the time, of a boy in my school who willingly took a picture of himself sticking a broom up his butt, (none of this had anything directly to do with the school) the school forced my to give them my password to which they deactivated my account and told me that I wasn't allowed to create another, is it just me or does this sound completely unjust? I was not the singular person who had retweeted this as it had many, and also that it was not an uncommon picture to be seen, this picture had gone viral around the whole county and everyone had seen it, and as for those who are going to say i should be on the sex offenders list, I'm 16 and he's in the year below me

They aren't able to "ban" you from twitter. I think there should be some ramifications for them forcing you to delete your account. If the person was nude (broom up the ass) then they could force you to remove the picture if you didn't want cops involved and the guy was under 18.

The broom in the asshole pic may have appeared as "bullying" and I'm sure they have a strict policy on this matter. If it's a public school, they can't really stop you from making another Twitter account, as long as you aren't using it while in school or posting about other students. If it's private schools, then obey them or face being kicked out.

Nope, they can't do that. Make another one and if you get in trouble for it, contact the ACLU and make a big stink about it.
But just to make sure they've got nothing they can hold against you, don't retweet any more nude pictures of minors. You're a minor too and everything so I'm sure you wouldn't get in trouble personally, but it might be something the school will use as a reason to keep bullying you. You always want to keep yourself "in the right" as much as possible in this kind of situation.
