What are good programmes to do drawing on?
Not paint, im doing a heaven and hell thing so i need amazing colours, maybe something online and i can download it! please be free, using over wifi programmes will get best answer!

I personally prefer paint tool sai, it's not free but you can get a 30 day free trial, and there are plenty of bootleg versions of it if you'd like that
