Can you tell when someone is stalking your twitter?
I've been stalking this guy, im not following him on twitter but I look thur his tweets. Today I tried to see his tweets but it was protected. I made another account so I could see his tweets and didnt say it that is was protected on my fake account. Does he know?

There is no way of knowing who visits your profile. If you are worried then you can protect your tweets.
