I can't follow someone on twitter?

Okay, so I helped make my friends Twitter for him, and now he's following me but everytime I click follow and then go back to my home page it says I'm not?

When he confirmed his email the link said invalid but on his account it doesn't say "you must confirm your email" anymore.. help!

Twitter likes being glitchy sometimes. I'm pretty sure you are following him, it's just that twitter is not showing it. Tell him to tweet something to see if it shows up in your feed.

no they dont have to accept you.
its really weird, lately twitter has been acting up for me and every time i try to follow someone a little window pops up saying "whoops! something went wrong. please refresh the page and try again!"
its really frustrating. i hope they fix it soon.
