Marketing Ideas for a children's day nursery.?

I work in a private day nursery and am always looking for new ideas to advertise our nursery.
Over the years we have done lots of charity fund raising as a company to get our name out there. We hold open days, fun days, that kind of thing but we would like some new and exciting ideas which staff will want to get involved in. Can anyone help?
