How do you switch to new twitter?

I still have the old twitter account. People were talking about the new version of twitter, and I can't figure out how to access it... help???

Twitter said that it will be rolling out the changes to its Web site over "the next few weeks," although it appears some users are already seeing them, but that users of its new mobile apps will see the redesign immediately.

If you have a smart phone download the new twitter app or update it plug it into your computer and you should have the new twitter in a few hours.
