ok heres the deal my main account is throwin security question that i forgot the answer. i know my password?

so i know my password and have even changed it thru my alternate but it keeps putting the same question up. its really pissin me off to not be able to get hold of somebody that can fix this. twitter help sends me to the help page on yahoo which is useless. If i could get a direct link sent to my alternate i could get in and change my question. Hell i cant get a tech number or email. I got to get in my account soon.
