Does anyone know of an agency that manages companies Facebook postings for restaurants?

Needing someone to actually take over and manage our restaurants Facebook. Need to be able to update information on our events and connect with customers and the community. need someone that can grow our facebook friends and use it as a tool to offer special and coupons to increase our restaurants overall sales.
