Twitter isnt loading properly. Only text?

Every other site is loading properly but twitter only loads the text, no images, no boxes or other colors.

This often happens when twitter is having problems. Wait 24 hours and see if its sorted.

Twitter use different servers to distribute usage across the world. If your nearest server is being attacked from someone then it will be slow and only load text in the time limit before the process is aborted.
