I don't know which to do on Twitter...?

I have been following Justin Bieber on Twitter and I was wonder how he can see something I say to him... Do I ReTwitt or do I reply?? He answers people who say something about his tweets and how much they like them but I don't know which one he will see better to answer it or which one should I do so he does see it. You send a message to someone on Twitter by putting "@Accountname" and then writing whatever you're going to write.

Anyway, Justin Bieber probably gets thousands of messages sent to him every minute, so the chances of him ever reading your message is very small, in fact there's no way he would be able to read 99% of what is sent to him.
