What is the best way to reach allot of people on twitter? I'm talking mass tweets.?
How do you masstweet people in a region for example i'm a marketer and i've been trying to figure this one out does anyone have an idea on what could help in this situation.
Looking for good books, software, etc that people know about that will help.
